Blog #4 Understanding

What's good y'all, on this post I wanna discuss understanding. When I mean understanding I mean it as in when two sides are arguing, and are able to comprehend and understand why the other side feels a specific way and put themselves in their place. In argumentative essays writers are supposed to do this, or at least in my experience my high school teachers wanted me to completely understand the oppositions side to refute it. Writing argumentative essays in high school can be seen as underrated because you have understand the other side and create a argument for it if you want a good grade. However nowadays we rarely encounter people who can understand your viewpoint and why you see a topic in that way. We as people are very hard headed and rarely try to reach out to the other side and see what is actually wrong, we'd rather just argue about why we are right or why a decision should be made. Blog Entry #3 Slanted Discussions

What's good y'all. I have always watched basketball videos talking about each NBA team or the playoff bracket and how the season will turn out. I have also watched basketball discussions in which one side argues for a specific team beating the opposing side and there is someone opposing that idea as well. There is a YouTube channel named "Kenny For Real", I have watched Kenny since 2016 and I'm a big fan of him. A view he also tends to have on trades is he can't judge them to much as he has to see how the team fits once they actually play together. For the most part he always gives his opinion though. He actually was my inspiration when I had to do a blog for my English 101 last se

Communication is so important to us, we wouldn't be able to understand or learn from each other without it. Most people don't even realize how vital it is to our society nowadays, we wouldn't be at this point in technology without communication. So why do people tend to lack communication when it matters the most? Or why is communication look passed when an issue comes up? While we as a society have gotten better at communication overtime it can still improve drastically.  In the last 25 years we as a society have gotten better at communicating with the development of smart phones. Wars or major conflict have been avoided from just communicating. A large issue with human interaction is the way a side will perceive something in which a way it wasn't supposed to be taken. For example if my mom calls my name from the kitchen and I yell "What!" She'
